English Proper settings

Does anyone know if the English Proper settings to chant of the Mass by Samuel Weber are available anywhere online? I get them through email, but I feel like I am missing some.

hmm. I'm not exactly sure what that above link is supposed to tell me, but it certainly doesn't help me find somewhere that I can download Weber's complete settings of the Sunday and Holy Day propers...
