this is fascinating. http://amywelborn.wordpress.com/2008/01/14/necessary-conversations/ I am particularly intrigued by the "negative" responses when the commentors viewed the picture.

Ad orentem is supposed to be the norm.... and now we have to work "...that into an option..." ??

and another said: I AM put off by all males in the sanctuary. I sometimes wonder why a ten year old boy has more of a ‘right place’ there than me - after thirty years of church ministry and a theology degree. Not that I act as a server. But I am a communion minister and lector.
Theology degree, huh. Another example of Fr Corapi's concern that we could educate ourselves into imbecility.
